And had to rewind to watch the horror in all of its completeness.
You know, I am spoiled. I know that. But then you see something like this on TV, and you just wonder how in the world that person has any friends, nonetheless family on speaking terms. The shock of it all was that this person didn't know they were spoiled. They were entitled.
Christie Baker of Tennessee. Wow, I mean I am really speechless. Her church even removed her name from their website after the airing of the show! Ouch! I feel sorry for her children - namely because she did make a fool of herself on national television - and I am sure the teasing and questions will take quite some time to settle. Okay enough, I am embarrassed I watched this show. But I am even more grateful for my functional happy normal relationships LOL after having seen it.
When Julian moves in, he'll prevent me from watching this type of atrocity. (That's a good thing!)\
On a happier note, a friend of mine announced she's pregnant, yeah! I haven't talked to her in person yet, but yeah!!!! :)
Yesterday I got a call from the fabulous ADT that my alarm was going off. Sadly enough, by the time I told someone that I was leaving, walked across campus, drove home... well, I still beat the cops there.
I sat and waited, and a cop showed up about a minute later, walked around outside, and then got my keys. Up until this point, even though I was a little shaky, I thought "surely this isn't for real..."
I was handling the situation fine... until the cop went to sweep the house ;) All of your confidence evaporates the instant someone pulls out a gun before entering your home!
Thankfully, it was a false alarm. At least it shook off my tiredness at work - I was now WIDE AWAKE FOR SURE. NOD. REALLY WIRED. Better than expresso.
The final check is written... I've tried to collect photos from the whole process here.
Be sure to leave me a comment and let me know what you think. The "photolog" page will be slow to load FYI.
